PROJECT PoP

Type: new building
Location: Warsaw
Area: 1200.0 sq.m
Year: 2025
Architects: Tima Stalmahov
The primary objective was to strike a balance between economic efficiency (maximizing floor area) and urban aesthetics. The client sought to move away from the impression of mass-market housing, aiming instead to create an attractive, contemporary neighborhood.

We developed four distinct building typologies, each featuring unique layouts and facade characteristics. To integrate them into a cohesive composition, we employed a system of recurring architectural elements and a shared material palette. This establishes a sense of stylistic unity characteristic of high-quality development.

Particular attention was paid to the siting of the buildings. By rejecting a rigid building line along the street and staggering the setbacks, we avoided the monotony typical of row housing, creating a more intimate and private environment for future residents.
